Finance, legal, new business, customer service, and other teams frequently need to share a document with an external or 3rd party – but must do so securely.
Ondox 5.3 allows fully secure external sharing of documents, subject to strict, transparent, configurable controls that email and other document sharing methods cannot provide.
Team members simply choose a “share externally” action and Ondox automatically generates a secure link that can be shared with an external party, along with an optional passcode. By clicking on that link the external party can view the document in a secure browser window. Links are time-limited and, if permitted by the sharing organization, Ondox can allow the external party to download the document.
Document-specific Generative AI Prompts and Protections
