Ondox service tiers represent different levels of AI document processing automation. Prices vary by tier (Foundation, Department, Business, Enterprise) and are based on the number of documents processed per annum and the number of named individuals registered as users in Ondox. Additional volume and users can be purchased in each tier. Each tier includes the document volume, users and capabilities listed above.
Your Ondox solution can be live in as few as 5 days. You don’t need to install any software – Ondox is already installed in the cloud. You simply provide us with some configuration data, for example the types of documents you want Ondox to automatically label, the details of your SSO implementation, etc. We then configure your Ondox solution and you’re ready to go in 5 – 30 days (depending on your service tier).
Yes. Information security is a priority for us and Ondox keeps all our customers’ documents and data segregated, safe, and secure. Our customers include some of the most security-conscious organizations on the planet.
Absolutely! Documents that arrive into a shared email inbox, such as invoices arriving into Finance@acme.com or claim forms or other documents arriving into Claims@acme.com, can be automatically gathered, labeled, understood, validated, and routed by Ondox to the right system, team or person.
Yes. Ondox can ingest documents that you arrive as paper and that you then scan in-house or via a third party.
Ondox can also handle incoming documents that are “born digital”, such as email attachments, portal uploads, smartphone photo submissions, etc.
If you already scan in-house or via a third party, we simply ingest documents from those scanners into Ondox. If you are still paper-based, we can help you with advice on getting your scanning operation up and running.
We are not a BPO or scanning service. Our direct customers scan their documents in-house for reasons of management control, transparency and reporting, data security, customer service levels, company culture, or multichannel integration.
Some customers use a third party scanning service but also use Ondox as a complete AI document processing service acting on those scanned documents.
If you require scanning services, we can refer you to a suitable Ondox partner.
